My Support account allows a user to have significant clarity of the support cases and direct access to support resources. The ventures, midsize business clients and premium services customers from the North America region can create a My Support account.
Don’t get confuse with the Trend Micro product account because it is completely different from that. This is used for Enterprise support transactions also the account credentials are variable.
Users with their expired license can still access their My Support account for an extra 30 days. But, all support services are not accessible during this additional period.
